Mr. Jim Clifton

Jim Clifton is Chairman and CEO of The Gallup Organization. Jim is best known in the business world as the creator of The Gallup Path. This metric-based economics model establishes the linkages between human nature in the workplace, customer engagement, and business outcomes. The Gallup Path is integral to the performance management systems in more than 500 companies worldwide and forms the basis of most of Gallup's total revenues.
 

Dr. Daniel Kahneman
Daniel Kahneman is a psychologist and a Nobel laureate, notable for his work on behavioral finance and hedonic psychology. With Amos Tversky and others, Dr. Kahneman established a cognitive basis for common human errors using heuristics and biases, and developed prospect theory. In 2002, Dr. Kahneman received the Nobel Prize in Economics. Dr. Kahneman is currently a senior scholar and faculty member emeritus at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School and a fellow at Hebrew University. Dr. Kahneman is a Gallup Senior Scientist.
 

Dr. Ed Diener
Ed Diener is the Joseph R. Smiley Distinguished Professor of Psychology at the University of Illinois. Dr. Diener won the Distinguished Researcher Award from the International Society of Quality of Life Studies, the first Gallup Academic Leadership Award, and the Jack Block Award for Personality Psychology. Dr. Diener is currently writing a popular book on happiness with his son, Robert Biswas-Diener. Dr. Diener is also authoring a book on policy uses of accounts of well-being with Richard Lucas, Ulrich Schimmack, and John Helliwell. Dr. Diener is a Gallup Senior Scientist.
 

Dr. James K. Harter
James Harter is the primary researcher and author of the first meta-analysis to investigate the relationship between work-unit employee engagement and business results. Dr. Harter's research has been popularized in the business bestsellers First Break All the Rules and How Full is Your Bucket? He is the co-author of the New York Times bestseller 12: The Elements of Great Managing. Dr. Harter is a Gallup Chief Scientist.
   

Mr Peter Ong
Peter Ong is Managing Partner for The Gallup Organization in Singapore, Hong Kong, and South-East Asia. Peter has led many Behavioral Economics type projects with both public and private sector organizations. Peter is exceptionally interested in the concepts of “Soul of the City” and its links to Engaged Citizentry and Brain Gain; and the building of successful and sustainable organizations through the employment of Behavioral Economics approaches.
 

Dr. Rajesh Srinivasan
Rajesh Srinivasan’s work focuses on the Gallup World Poll, the largest available source of key world data, providing access to the voices, hearts, and minds of citizens in more than 130 countries and areas. Dr. Srinivasan directs the Gallup’s World Poll in Asia. Dr. Srinivasan has authored or coauthored more than 200 research studies for organizations on customer and employee
 

Mr Lim Siong Guan
Lim Siong Guan is currently the Chairman of the Economics Development Board and Group Managing Director of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation. Mr Lim is an Adjunct Professor in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, instructing on leadership and change management in the public sector, and a Senior Fellow of the Civil Service College. Mr Lim is also a member of the International Advisory Panel of the Asian Competitiveness Institute.
